The Manziels purchased the property in June of 2011 to be closer to their son, the star quarterback at Texas A&M University. The 2,880-square-foot house hit the market with a price tag of $405,000 in May. Sine then, the Manziels have cut the asking price by $26,000 to $379,000.
The home is located just 15 minutes away from the school's campus. With four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, the property has all of the general living spaces: kitchen, formal dining area and living room, along with more intimate areas such as a pribate study and a master suite with his-and-her walk-in closets and a fireplace.
