Compass invites outside agents to use Coming Soon listings in latest shot at CCP 

Compass has taken its war against the Clear Cooperation Policy (CCP) to another level. The brokerage is giving agents at all brokerages access to Coming Soon, its listings that are exclusive to Compass.com. Compass says that the listings “protect home sellers against negative insights, such as days on market.
