Urban Financial Group is expanding its wholesale team and is staffing up accordingly through the addition of several new sales and business development roles.
The company announced this week that Anneta Pope will join Urban as Vice President, Business Development Manager after most recently working in a new business development and sales capacity for Generation Mortgage. In her new role, Pope will work closely with Sherry Apanay, managing director of sales, toward wholesale production and efficiency.
In addition, Urban has hired two wholesale support staff including Dori Himes and Nicole Holman. Himes most recently worked as a loan process for Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group and has past experience with MetLife Bank.
Holman brings 16 years of mortgage experience including eight years in reverse mortgages spanning roles with Generation, Seniors Home Reverse Mortgage, Financial Freedom and Senior Home Funding.
