I’d imagine I could probably stop, drop the mic walk away and say, “Hey, if you can give them more referrals in one month than they give to you in a year, you’re going to be exclusive.”

By the way, if you’re not getting insights on your customers today, as a smart lender, as an organization in 2021, you’re doing yourself a disservice. You’re doing everyone on your team a disservice.
