Florida-based Responsible Reverse Mortgage this week announced it has appointed reverse mortgage industry veteran Nancy Pedone as the company’s new vice president of national sales.
Effective immediately, Pedone will be responsible for growing the Responsible Reverse Mortgage’s footprint nationwide. In her new role, Pedone aims to build on the company’s current operations in Florida and Georgia, obtaining licensing and building teams in 12 states in the next 12 months.
“As a growing company looking to build upon our regional success, the appointment is a perfect fit for us and for Nancy’s ambitious nature,” said Responsible Reverse Mortgage President Karen Abis in a written statement. “Nancy shares perfectly our ethos of hiring the best, most ethical and responsible recruits, treating them well and building an outstanding, inclusive and dynamic company culture.”
Pedone joins RRM with an 11-year history of leadership roles in reverse mortgages, having worked in senior positions at Bank of America, Reverse Mortgage USA/AAG, MetLife and 360 Mortgage Group. Prior to joining RRM, Nancy also led the reverse mortgage sales division at CBC National Bank.
