Visionet Systems, a Cranbury, N.J.-based mortgage consulting, technology and business process outsourcing company, released the latest versions of its VisiRepurchase and VisiClaims software this week. VisiRepurchase is a tool to manage residential mortgage repurchase demands by investors. VisiClaims is used to initiate claims in line with the parameters of various sellers’ agreements, the company said. The company said its enhanced the two software products to handle the increase in repurchase claims that have come due to the housing crisis. With the updates, the software can support bulk repurchases, appeals, demands, claims, and data updates and customizable features that can be updated as the users’ needs change.
