Real Estate Mortgage Network hired Leesa Sandoval as a mortgage loan originator to serve on its growing Dallas team.

Previously, Sandoval focused on investment, builder and jumbo loans and quickly realized the opportunity that renovation lending products can bring to home buyers in today’s market, the company said. 

“A renovation mortgage, such as an FHA 203(k) or FannieMae HomeStyle loan, allows a homebuyer to purchase a home and roll in additional funds allocated for upgrades and repairs,” the company explained.
