Mortgage Delivery Specialists (MDS) has acquired Sussex, Wisconsin-based Mortgage Data Management Corp.’s (MDMC) agency delivery, servicing analysis and staffing services product lines, according to a statement by the firm on Tuesday afternoon. The formation of MDS and acquisition of MDMC comes after Chicago-based Opus Capital Markets Consultants, LLC acquired MDMC’s core due diligence business unit in June 2009. MDS will focus on facilitating loan delivery to mortgage securitization agencies Freddie Mac (FRE), Fannie Mae (FNM) and Ginnie Mae, the company said. MDS principal, Kent Loehrke, will be joined by MDMC’s current employees Jason Eisendrath and Paul Raebel, who will work as senior portfolio analysts for MDS. Doug Lackey, principal of MDMC, will act as managing director with MDS to assist in streamlining the transition, according to the statement. Write to Diana Golobay.
