Property preservation firm Mortgage Contracting Services has promoted Matt Jones (pictured below) and Nicole Saraceni (pictured top) to assistant vice presidents of operations.

Jones and Saraceni will work from the firm’s headquarters in Plano, Texas.

Jones has been with MCS since 2008. He joined as an asset preservation coordinator and was eventually promoted to team lead. In his most recent position, he served as director.  

Jones is known for creating a reporting system that eventually took effect companywide due to its ability to enhance workflow and client communications.

In his new assistant vice president role, Jones will oversee the inspections team.

Saraceni joined MCS as an asset preservation coordinator in 2008. She was then promoted to team lead and eventually served as director. During her first four years, Saraceni worked on the pre-sale client teams focusing on the company’s FHA conveyance processes and working with IT on special projects.

In her new role, she will work heavily on property preservation services and the company’s technology platform.
