Top-10 reverse mortgage lender Live Well Financial continues to expand its wholesale footprint with the addition of industry veteran Gina Monopoli.
With over 25 years of mortgage industry experience, Monopoli has spent the last decade focusing on reverse mortgages, most notably as a wholesale account executive with Genworth/Liberty Home Equity Solutions, where she established herself as one of the top Account Executives in the industry.
“From Title to AMC, Wholesale to Retail, Forward to Reverse—Gina has done it all,” said Josh Moran, vice president of wholesale lending with Live Well. “We brought her on to expand both the Reverse and the Forward Mortgage channels. Her breadth of experience and knowledge make her an invaluable asset to her clients.”
Live Well has risen to be among the top reverse mortgage lenders in the industry, especially on the wholesale side. The company, which ranked seventh among the top-10 industry lenders overall, ranked fifth for wholesale in the 12 months trailing November 2015 as it saw volume in this channel more than double compared to the previous 12-month period, according to recent industry data released by Reverse Market Insight.
By hiring industry veterans, such as Monopoli, Live Well plans to continue this growth strategy in 2016.
