Landmark Network, Inc. announced today the release of its new mobile application that allows appraisers to manage their pipelines while on-the-go.
The app, called “Landmark Network,” allows its client and vendor users to log in and view their pipelines of active and completed appraisal orders via smartphone or tablet. Users can submit inquiries, request updates or provide order information to the company’s support staff.
For appraisers, the app enables ease-of-access in reporting scheduled inspection dates and times from the field.
“We are very excited about the release of our mobile application and this version is only the beginning,” says CEO Erik Richard.
Landmark’s appraisal management application was designed and developed by an in-house team of staff developers, and will feature regular updates introducing new features and functionalities for both clients and appraisers, according to the company.
The app is available via the Apple Store and is accessible through iPhone and iPad devices. Landmark says it is currently working on developing a version for the Android platform, which it hopes to release in the “very near future.”
“We have been placing a large focus on technology development as a part of our growth strategy, first with the release of our proprietary software platform Landscape™ and now with the iPhone and iPad applications,” said Hunter Gorog, president and COO of Landmark Network.
The Los Angeles-based Landmark Network is the largest provider of appraisal services for the reverse mortgage industry.
