Appraisal management company Landmark Network this week announced it has acquired Coast 2 Coast Appraisal Group in an effort to continue its national expansion. Having recently expanded into the northeast, the transaction positions Landmark to better serve its appraisal clients across the country, the company said. 

“The Coast 2 Coast acquisition marks a strong start to Landmark’s year,” said Hunter Gorog, president and chief operating officer. “Our 2013 growth plan
includes a focus on regional and national acquisitions as the appraisal management landscape continues to change and consolidate.”

Landmark is already under way with orders from former Coast 2 Coast customers, which includes a national and local presence. 

“It’s a new year and we are excited to welcome it along with Coast 2 Coast Appraisal Group,” said Erik Richard, Landmark Network CEO. “We are looking forward to the value the Coast 2 Coast Appraisal Group team will add from a sales perspective, given their deep roots within the lending community.”

Landmark launched an operations center in New England in August and acquired a New Jersey-based AMC in December.
