Residential mortgage lender Greenlight Financial Services, which operates a growing reverse mortgage channel, today announced it has appointed former LendingTree President David Norris as the company’s new CEO.
“As Greenlight continues to gain further nationwide recognition and with our strong brand name, David’s leadership and vision with blending his abilities in technology will enhance and well-position the company to achieve even new higher levels of success,” said Joann Pham, Chairman of Greenlight.
The Irvine, Calif-based company has a strong focus on Freddie Mac loan sales and has more recently launched Greenlight Mortgage Partners, a new wholesale division, as well as a reverse mortgage division managed by former Omni executives Dave Bancroft and Brett Varner.
Greenlight Reverse opened for business in June, 2011.
The overall company has more than 650 employees with plans to hire 200 more.
