Generation Boosts National Retail Presence, Hires Hahn

Generation Mortgage Company is looking to bolster its retail presence nationwide with the hiring of 12-year industry veteran Alicia Hahn.

Hahn will assume the role of regional retail sales manager for Generation’s western region based in Broomfield, Colorado, where she will be responsible for overseeing the company’s daily sales operations for retail branches in 18 states ranging from Arizona to Illinois.

Hahn’s hiring comes at a time when Generation is expanding its retail branch presence across the country, according to the company’s Chief Sales Officer Cheryl MacNally.

“Thanks to her years of experience in the HECM industry, Allicia possesses the management skills, category knowledge and expertise that are essential to our continued growth in the western U.S., and we are confident that the area’s sales team will thrive under her leadership.”

Prior to her hiring at Generation, Hahn worked with 1st Reverse Mortgage USA as a branch manager for Colorado, Utah and Iowa. She also spent 10 years with Wells Fargo’s Home Mortgage Divison, most recently as the reverse branch manager for Colorado and Utah.

During her tenure at Wells Fargo, Hahn also held the title of production operations manager and served as a home preservation specialist trainer and as an interim manager for the division’s Sales Training Orientation for Reverse Mortgage program.

“Generation Mortgage offers a new vision for HECM utilization, and I am excited to join the company as it works to position its valuable retirement planning tools to a broader audience,” Hahn said. “I look forward to growing the western region sales force and collaborating with our executive leadership team to increase Generation Mortgage’s market share within the industry.”
