Finance of America Reverse LLC (formerly Urban Financial of America) announced Thursday the appointment of Susan Anthony to the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO).
Effective immediately, Anthony will assume her new role at the company, where she most recently served as Vice President of Project Management since July 2014.
“Sue is an incredibly strong leader, who is committed and aligned to our core values and cares deeply about the people with whom she works,” said company President Kristen Sieffert in a written statement. “We strongly believe that her depth and breadth of experience coupled with her compassionate leadership style will be a huge asset to FAR as she steps into this new role.”
Anthony’s tenure in the mortgage industry carries over 30 years of high level experience, including expertise in project management, business analysis, strategy development, process improvement and financial management.
Prior to joining Finance of America Reverse, Anthony served as Senior Vice President of Service Management at Icon Residential Lenders, which was acquired by Irvine, Calif.-based Rushmore Home Loans in 2012. Previous management roles for Anthony also included time spent with Global Logic Advisors and First Franklin Financial.
