Property valuations provider eMortgage Logic introduced beta testing for a new mobile application to help real estate agents deal with orders. The mobile application provides agents the chance to accept orders and also review open and pending orders. The app also maps properties immediately. The app displays features that prioritizes due dates and lists important instructions that are easily accessed for those on the go or at the subject property, according to the company. Users of smart phones and tablets in the company’s nationwide broker network are offered the app for 30 days before its launch, which is expected in August. eMortgage Logic offers broker price opinions and property appraisals.
