A San Diego, Calif.-based real estate technology firm has introduced a new “all-in-one” platform designed to help individual real estate agents, real estate teams, and MLS platforms gain direct feedback on any property listed for sale, whether retail or REO. Showing Suite, Inc., which develops the online feedback suite HomeFeedback, says it has launched Showing Suite, which combines the company’s various a la carte platform offerings into one deluxe package. The platform provides web-based CRM and physical tracking tools to help real estate professionals better market and price their listings, the company says. “Consumers want to have transparency to the home selling process, and that is what we have delivered and expanded upon with Showing Suite,” said founder and CEO Rick Bengson, a 25 year real estate veteran. “We offer an affordable suite of real estate productivity products that can work a la carte or seamless together for an agent, a team, or an entire office that provides home sellers transparency to the selling of their home. We do it selling homes faster, saving agents time and building better relationships via that transparency. Our motto is start with a showing and end with a sale.” Showing Suite, the company, is best known for its HomeFeedback platform (which is included in the deluxe Showing Suite software package). HomeFeedback has been used by more than 700,000 real estate agents in 170 markets in North America, the firm says. The Showing Suite platform enables agents to automatically obtain showing feedback from Supra and Sentriloc electronic lockboxes, using an integrated Web dashboard to view, delegate and track all incoming website an offline leads, and actions. The company says it also offers a platform for foreclosure feedback and showing information tailored to REO firms, helping asset managers document a need for price reductions. All of the company’s products are centered around gathering feedback from buyer’s agents and other related parties to enable better decision making by the listing agent.
