Cogent Road, a San Diego-based mortgage software developer, created a new service aimed at helping originators increase referral business from real estate agents, insurance agents and financial planners. The Originator Referral Toolkit is available to users of Cogent Road’s Funding Suite credit report management platform. Using the new software feature, originators can make one of three 20-minute presentations, along with customized company-branded supporting collateral materials, to potential referral clients. The presentations cover the capabilities of the Funding Suite platform to promote the originators’ services. “The Originator Referral Toolkit within Funding Suite provides the tools mortgage professionals need to more effectively demonstrate to third-party partners the additional benefits they can offer and how a joint relationship is beneficial to them as well as their customers,” said William DiPaolo, Cogent Road CEO.
