Calyx Software, one of the mortgage industry’s leading providers of loan origination software, has expanded its branded network to include six new service providers, it said Wednesday. The Calyx network interface links service providers into the widely-used Calyx Point LOS, and allows users of the LOS to connect directly with lenders and mortgage service providers, automating data exchange and streamlining the loan origination process. Calyx said it added three new title report providers, including Northwest Title & Escrow Corp., Old Republic Title, and Regent Title Agency, LLC into its network. One down payment assistance provider, PreferredProgram, among other title and escrow providers are now intregrated into the Point LOS, the company said. Updates are automatically installed into Calyx Point, and new providers are added to the application on a bi-monthly basis. The Calyx Network Interface update is automatically installed into Point versions 5.2 and higher when users open their software and connect to the Internet. Calyx is perhaps the most widely-used LOS in the industry, and processed more than 16.6 million transactions in January, the company said. For more information, visit http://www.calyxsoftware.com.
