Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate named Wendy Forsythe executive vice president/head of global operations.

In this newly created position, Forsythe will manage the day-to-day operations of the Santa Ana, Calif.-based real estate brokerage firm, focusing on developing and refining business processes, recruiting and training. She will work to boost Atlantic & Pacific’s presence on the Web and in new markets.

Forsythe joins Atlantic & Pacific from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Royal LePage Real Estate and Realty World, where she guided the operational discipline and growth of hundreds of residential real estate offices and thousands of associates and brokers.
