The American Bankers Association named Stephen Wilson chairman for the upcoming year. Wilson is chairman and chief executive of LCNB Corp. and its LCNB National Bank in Lebanon, Ohio. He replaces Arthur Johnson, who heads United Bank of Michigan in Grand Rapids, Mich. The association said Wilson has served on its board, government relations council, community bankers council, and corporate governance task force during his more than 30 years in the industry. Wilson also has served as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and been active with the Ohio Bankers League and the American Institute of Banking, according to the ABA.
