AllRegs is known mostly as a provider of mortgage and insuring guidelines for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, but the company is getting into FHA tailored training which includes reverse mortgages Their new FHA Hotline will provide answers to questions about how to become a FHA approved lender as well as business advice on what to do with borrowers as it applies to the FHA program.
In addition to their FHA Hotline, AllRegs Academy offers over 40 courses in various topics and programs such as FHA, VA, and reverse mortgages. Courses are delivered in the classroom, online (instructor-led and self-study) and through audio conference. AllRegs Academy also offers private customized training for companies at its customer’s corporate location or through blended learning options.
In October 2006 the company launched AllRegs Academy and two years later over 6,741 professionals have competed or are currently participating in its educational program. “It has been very rewarding to watch our education programs grow and reach a milestone of over 6,700 students in the last two years,” said Dan Thoms, AllRegs senior vice president.
