Foreclosure starts and finishes rose across Alabama in January, according to a new report.
The number of introductory public foreclosure notices filed in Alabama in January rose 5.52 percent to 746, while foreclosure completions rose 5.37 percent to 824, real estate research firm RealtyTrac reported today.
