As chief operating officer, Hoffman oversees the design of Envoy’s loan fulfillment processes, ensuring the efficiency and seamless integration of its U.S. and India operations teams. Recognized nationwide for her ideas and insight on industry topics, Hoffman often speaks at industry-related conferences and events.
