At Coldwell Banker, Gehringer has elevated the company’s brand and helped spur growth in new areas. Through this program, Gehringer gives credence to female voices within the network, supporting and encouraging female broker-owners and identifying and championing Coldwell’s next generation of female leaders. She has repeatedly expressed her commitment to ensuring that more and more women at Coldwell Banker see a path to leadership and have the tools and training to realize their professional dreams. Gehringer joined Coldwell Banker in 2018 after serving as chief ethics and compliance officer at its parent company, Realogy Holdings Corp. There, she built an award-winning ethics and compliance program that received global recognition. In her current role at Coldwell, Gehringer oversees the brand’s field service, operations, learning, talent attraction, and international and events teams.
