A fully responsive mobile application and optimized webpage, Servicing Digital provides borrowers deep insights into their mortgage loan, home and neighborhood. Servicing Digital bridges a critical gap in the servicing life cycle, allowing mortgage servicers to more fully interact with and retain their customers. Black Knight collaborated with several clients to gain input on what they believed should be available within this mobile solution. It also conducted consumer testing with a variety of user types and held several focus groups to gauge how effectively consumers could use the new servicing app.
