Ann Song, vice president of operations, LRES

Ann Song joined LRES in 2014 as vice president of REO Asset Management, but her talent, knowledge and determination were all readily apparent and she quickly made her way up the company ladder.

Now serving as senior vice president of operations, Song oversees the company’s appraisal operations group, including the valuation assignment and quality control departments.

Song is a disruptor in the most positive way possible and during her tenure, has transformed company operations.

Under her management, the appraisal operations group completely transformed how they assign, track and review valuations for LRES clients. In just one year, the changes she spearheaded have already yielded impressive results. By quickly reorganizing her staff and reassessing their workflow procedures, nationwide appraisal turnaround times are down nearly three days on average.

Her changes directly drove an increase of LRES’ profit margins by an astonishing 4%, dramatically contributing to the accomplishment of the company’s 2017 goals. Song has a well-earned reputation as a strong leader, and her hard work and ambition to become every client’s business partner of choice is an inspiration to everyone she works with.
