Under her management, the appraisal operations group completely transformed how they assign, track and review valuations for LRES clients. In just one year, the changes she spearheaded have already yielded impressive results. By quickly reorganizing her staff and reassessing their workflow procedures, nationwide appraisal turnaround times are down nearly three days on average.

Her changes directly drove an increase of LRES’ profit margins by an astonishing 4%, dramatically contributing to the accomplishment of the company’s 2017 goals.
