As a results-driven, multilingual executive, Myriam Nunez is a 25-year industry veteran, providing financial and real estate services to help clients and shareholders identify opportunities, build businesses in challenging markets and manage teams nationwide. At Hamilton Group, Nunez’ successes include helping the company expand from two Florida-based branches to 35 branches in just six years and assisting with recruiting and managing operations – with unprecedented retention rates.

She is a servant leader who mentors and helps women and minorities advance in their careers. Nunez is consistently challenging the organization to think about how it can enhance its value proposition and best serve its customers with a “get-it-done” mindset. She also developed and spearheaded the HAMILTON THINK TANK strategies, fostering the monthly commitment to develop innovative ideas.

Nunez is developing a program to mentor girls and young women at middle and high school levels to ensure they see STEM programs and finance careers as a tangible opportunity. She participates in school job programs, lectures and supports community-based programs that aim to increase graduation rates among females of all ethnic and economic backgrounds.
