As chief marketing officer, Colleen Lambros leads in creating greater organizational visibility and increased customer engagement through a myriad of campaigns. Recently, Lambros spearheaded’s brand evolution, which aims to hyper localize the company’s brand and products within each of the 3,100 counties it serves. In doing so, she led the brand to better reflect the company’s culture of innovation, and its commitment to the customers and communities it serves.

Currently, Lambros is working toward the goal of developing localized marketing strategies for and its local partner contractors to provide educational seminars for buyers looking to enter into the auction process for the first time, or those interested in learning best practices to strengthen their strategies, in addition to pre-auction reviews of individual assets. Lambro’s experience in real estate marketing has allowed her to understand and build successful strategies that address the needs of the individual markets, products and buyers.

“In order to grow a real estate marketplace, there must be a continued engagement and meaningful value provided equally from both buyer and seller communities,” Lambros said.

What’s more, Lambros encourages her team to focus their work and energy in areas that play to personal interests and strengths. “It sounds simple, but I find that far too often people are taught that to be truly successful, they have to spend time and energy improving in areas that they will never really be great at or enjoy.”

Lambros is a dynamic, results driven, strategic marketing and branding executive with a consistent track record of exceeding organizational expectations, capable of resolving multiple and complex business challenges to achieve desired results within the marketing and branding discipline. She also has the unique ability to strategically and effectively move new and innovative marketing initiatives through the creative, development and execution phases to improve and enhance the business.

She has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, and has held leadership positions across several companies. Before joining, Lambros served as the group senior vice president of corporate marketing at The Irvine Company, where she oversaw strategy, planning and implementing its 105 million square foot real estate portfolio. She also managed the company’s communications strategy, both internal and external, for its 4,000 employees, media, customers and the community.

Lambros’ expertise and accomplishments demonstrate her capacity as a leader and key influencer in the mortgage and real estate space. Through her leadership and management of large-scale corporate initiatives, she has proven herself as an agent of transformative change.
