Lauren Ketchum, director member experience, Lenders One

A lending industry impactor, Lauren Ketchum, Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative director of member experience, identifies and addresses the biggest challenges lenders face, going to bat for lenders through education and resource proliferation.

Ketchum joined Lenders One from its parent company Altisource in 2017 where, she led the market efforts for eight origination business units.

Ketchum is in charge of programming for the more than 230 members of Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative. She is so good at her job that, since she joined, Lenders One has seen its strongest profitability and had its largest growth in membership, adding 31 new members in 2017 alone. To effectively manage growth, Ketchum helped launch the Engagement Returns program, which farms out organizational development tasks to members in return for reduced dues.

Ketchum is extremely hands-on when it comes to performing her role, organizing product lessons, webinars and trainings for members to help them understand how various technologies can bolster performance.

In addition to absolutely crushing her role, Ketchum is blazing the trail for female leadership in the industry, working with the MBA to launch mPower, a women’s networking event.
