The J. Ronald Terwilliger Foundation for Housing America’s Families Housing Forum in Dallas on Nov. 18 brought together some of the most influential names in housing to discus the current state of affordable housing.
Top housing names like Former HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros and Rick Lazio, who represented New York in the U.S. House of Representatives, attended the forum.
But this wasn’t simply a group of government officials coming together to talk about the affordable housing crisis, many of them knew first-hand what it’s like to rely on affordable housing and the importance of calling a place home.
Former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown sat down with HousingWire at the forum to not only update us on housing affordability, but his explanation for why he is so passionate about affordable housing.
