Ten-X is the nation’s leading online real estate marketplace and the parent to Ten-X Homes, Ten-X Commercial and Auction.com. Leveraging technology, Ten-X significantly streamlines real estate transactions, allowing people across the globe to safely and easily buy and sell property entirely online.

Its extensive reach and sophisticated multi-channel marketing approach gives buyers access to properties across the U.S. and sellers access to millions of potential buyers from more than 100 countries worldwide, resulting in improved execution. To date, the company has sold 200,000+ residential and commercial properties totaling more than $39 billion.

As consumers demand and expect more access to information, Ten-X has developed mobile applications designed to meet those needs, adding up to an extensive suite of online and mobile tools. Current mobile applications include an iPad app and an iPhone app that have proven popular among investors. These products – and additional releases in development – allow consumers and real estate agents to safely and easily buy and sell homes whenever and wherever they are.

The company, which rebranded as Ten-X in early 2016, recently began its transition into the traditional, non-distressed residential real estate market. With that transition came the emergence of Ten-X Homes, a transaction platform created especially for buying and selling move-in ready homes entirely online. This also makes it an ideal platform for servicers marketing move-in-ready REO properties.

“Our move to the Ten-X brand reflects our evolution into a marketplace for a much broader range of residential and commercial property types, and our expansion into new technology solutions that empower buyers, sellers and real estate professionals alike,” said Jason Allnutt, General Manager for the Residential Division. “We’re providing an optimal selling environment for selling properties entirely online.”

Ten-X Homes, which officially launched in March 2016 at the South by Southwest® (SXSW®) Interactive Festival in Austin, empowers consumers – on their own, or with the help of a real estate agent – to do everything involved in the process of buying and selling a home. Users are able to search forhomes, or easily create their own property listings, negotiate prices and terms, manage offers and complete sales transactions all online.

Ten-X Homes streamlines the negotiation process by enabling buyers, sellers and their agents to submit, accept and reject counteroffers easily and with complete transparency. At any given time, a buyer, seller, agent, title or escrow officer, or lender can securely log in and use Ten-X’s proprietary Transaction Manager feature to complete their tasks online and see when the sale is expected to close.

Ten-X Homes currently offers properties for purchase nationally from a wide range of sellers including real estate professionals, banks, investors, and institutions – all of which are listed by an agent and offer a broker’s co-op. Additionally, homeowners are able to create their own listings on the Ten-X Homes platform in four launch markets including Dallas, Denver, Miami and Phoenix, with more markets to be added soon.

“We’ve had tremendous response since our March launch at SXSW Interactive,” Allnutt said. “With hundreds of properties available and more being continually added, we’re providing an optimal environment for selling properties entirely online.”

Ten-X is headquartered in Irvine and Silicon Valley, Calif., and has offices in key markets nationwide. Investors in the company include Google Capital and Stone Point Capital.
