PRMG promotes Lara Rausch to VP of products and training

Elevated from product development manager

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group announced the promotion of Lara Rausch to the position of vice president of products and training.

Prior to her promotion, Rausch was PRMG’s product development manager.

“Over the last four years, Lara Rausch has been highly instrumental in governing all facets of product development at PRMG,” the company said in a release. “Along with a strong sense of commitment and dedication to providing nothing but paramount customer service and satisfaction, Lara has consistently demonstrated that she is a seasoned professional with a diverse range of product knowledge, particularly when it comes to having a firm grasp and awareness of industry changes that directly affect and impact product guidelines and policies.”

In her new role, Rausch will oversee the entire product development and training departments at PRMG. Rausch is tasked with imparting her product knowledge to the company’s training staff, PRMG said.

Robert Holliday, PRMG’s chief operating officer said that the company is excited about elevating Rausch into her new role heading up product development and training.

“We are confident that along with her prior experience in managing and development of guidelines and procedures, that Lara will be successful in elevating our product training and development team as we continue to grow and serve all our customers across the country.” Holliday said.
