Aspen Grove Solutions adds Ron Briggs as business solutions architect

Previously chief operating officer at Matt Martin Real Estate Management

Aspen Grove Solutions, a provider of property-related technology solutions for REO, short sale, asset management, property preservation, vendor management and compliance, announced the addition of Ron Briggs as business solutions architect.

In this role, Briggs will support clients, business analysts, project managers and technical leads focused on multiple projects across the company’s platform.

Briggs will also work closely with the internal sales and business development teams, the company said in a release.

Briggs brings more than 25 years of experience in mortgage servicing and default servicing to Aspen Grove.

Prior to joining Aspen Grove, Briggs served as chief operating officer at Matt Martin Real Estate Management. Earlier in his career, Briggs held leadership positions at Freddie Mac, where he managed aspects of the REO sales and disposition process, including eviction, repurchase, title, closing, and mortgage insurance claims.

Also, Briggs has served as the vice president of the REO department at Washington Mutual, and as senior vice president at Saxon Mortgage, where he managed the REO, property preservation, claims and default invoicing departments.
