Flagstar Bank hired Mark Landschulz (pictured above) and Jim Levites to head its performing servicing and specialized loan servicing divisions, respectively. They both will be named as executive vice presidents.
Landschulz joins the company from Quicken Loans, while Levites comes to the company from Freedom Mortgage.
In his new role, Landschulz is responsible for the operation and profitable growth of Flagstar’s mortgage businesses relating to the servicing and sub-servicing of performing loans.
As director of Default Servicing, Levites will oversee Flagstar’s servicing operation for past-due mortgage loans, including loan collections.
