Lone Wolf Real Estate buys Millennium Real Estate Solutions

Widens product offerings for real estate industry

Cambridge, Ontario-based Lone Wolf Real Estate, a provider of residential real estate software, purchased Millennium Real Estate Solutions, owner of the DMS product supplied to real estate boards and associations for management of all member listing data.

As a result, Lone Wolf has expanded it’s offerings to boards and associations across Canada for listing management and data collection.

Additionally, it helps real estate professionals keep up with the marketplace, as well as meeting their business and compliance needs.

Millennium Solutions provides unlimited access to real estate agents for all listing information, reports, mapping and more from their real estate board or association.

“We are thrilled to make this acquisition, as it ties into our vision of a truly integrated enterprise platform for the real estate industry,” said Lorne Wallace, CEO of Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies.

"We absolutely believe in the industry and the strength of the participants actively involved in the day-to-day business. From real estate agents to the real estate brokerage to the real estate boards, we now offer products that span the spectrum of our industry. We are looking forward to working with the current customer base and expanding the offerings that Millennium currently provides,” Wallace added.
