Mortgage Network hires new Southeast regional manager

Will lead growth in southern parts of the country

Mortgage Network hired Larry Gunnin as the company’s Southeast regional manager, where he will be responsible for leading the company’s growth in the southern part of the country by opening branches and recruiting mortgage professionals in areas in which the company does not currently have a presence.

These places include North Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Florida, Alabama and Louisiana.

Gunnin brings vast experience in recruiting loan officers and opening branches, most recently as a senior regional vice president of Countrywide Home Loans. Gunnin led the company's sales efforts in the South, where he opened 32 branch offices over a 16-year-period and hired and managed more than 330 loan officers and branch managers and 290 operations employees.

"If you had to pick one person to grow a mortgage company in the southern part of the country, that person would have be Larry Gunnin," said Brian Koss, executive vice president of Mortgage Network.

"Not only does Larry have the experience, relationships and vision to expand our presence, he knows exactly what makes great teams work. His track record speaks for itself. We're very fortunate to have him,” Koss added.
