Avenue 365 Lender Services has appointed David Tiberio to the position of vice president and national account manager of default services.
In the new role, Tiberio will be tasked with helping Avenue 365 enter into new national and mid-tier relationships with a primary focus on the single-family rental investors, servicers, banks and lender servicers, the company said.
“We are excited to have David join our team,” said Len Franco, Avenue 365’s senior vice president and national sales manager. “His extensive product knowledge and default services experience will help us grow our customer base along with providing them the full menu of our default services.”
Tiberio joins Avenue 365 from First American, where he served as senior vice president and national accounts director. He has spent 25 years in the financial services and mortgage banking industries, serving in several management positions with various companies.
“David brings over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking, servicing, and default services to Avenue 365,” said Ryan Peterson, president and CEO of Avenue 365. “He has the unique perspective of having managed servicing operations, and served those same servicing operations as a vendor.
“David was looking for a firm with the bandwidth and capabilities of one of the underwriters, but with a boutique approach to customer service. He has found that at Avenue 365 and we are very excited to see how he will help grow our default services channel.”
