Brandon Kirkham has been named senior vice president of operations support by VRM Mortgage Services, a real estate solutions provider focused on helping financial institutions adapt and excel. Kirkham will be responsible for resource management, strategy development and implementation to support the success of VRM’s operations.

“We were impressed with Brandon’s strong aptitude and track record for conceiving and implementing complex solutions,” said Cheryl Travis-Johnson, executive vice president and chief operating officer for VRM. “He has the operational expertise necessary to grow our current businesses and help lead the charge as we expand our mortgage origination and servicing solutions.”

Kirkham will also direct the strategy and operational tactics for VRM’s entry into new lines of business, including VRM’s recently established property preservation division.

Kirkham brings more than 20 years of experience in mortgage banking operations to VRM. His experience includes co-founding and serving as president of Compliance Connections, a firm that provides innovative, technology-based solutions for expedited community code-compliance. Kirkham also served as the executive vice president of First Preston Management (now First Preston HT) and the first vice president for Countrywide Home Loans.

He has also held executive positions in loan servicing, default management, technology, compliance, regulatory oversight and new venture initiation.
