Mortgage Contracting Services named Paul Lee chief financial officer this week. Lee will work out of the company’s corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas.

Most recently, Lee served as vice president and treasurer of Texas-based Safety-Kleen Systems.

As CFO, Lee will provide oversight for finance, accounting, compliance and internal audits at MCS.

Additionally, he is responsible for financial and strategic planning, risk management and expenses.

"Paul brings us more than 25 years of financial experience across multiple industries," says MCS CEO Caroline Reaves. "He is well qualified to help position our company for exciting growth in the future."
