Albertelli Law named Scott Barnes (pictured above) and John Shelley (pictured right) chief operating officer and executive vice president of firm operations, respectively. 

Barnes most recently served as senior managing director at Lender Processing Services and has more than 20 years of experience in default mortgage servicing, specifically in foreclosure, bankruptcy and special asset services.

Meanwhile, Shelley comes to the firm with over 25 years of default servicing and mortgage originations experience. Most recently, he served as the vice president of foreclosure at Select Portfolio Servicing.
