Sierra Pacific Mortgage announced its integration with Mercury Network, a new web-based software that streamlines the appraisal process.

a la mode's Mercury Enterprise Vendor Framework routes all appraisal orders to Sierra-approved management companies and features remote authentication, which allows customers to only login once to SPM’s website to order appraisals.

“Additionally, real-time status of the order appears in their pipeline view, so customers can track when the appraisal was ordered, assigned, inspected and completed,” explained Jim Connell, chief information officer of Sierra Pacific Mortgage.
