Mortgage insurer Essent Guaranty partnered with Mortgage Builder Software to offer the firm’s lenders seamless mortgage insurance quotes through Mortgage Builder’s existing loan origination platform.
The platform now incorporates Essent MI, giving lender clients access to Essent insurance coverage, while allowing users to obtain a rate quote by simply filling out a form in the system.
"Mortgage Builder's Architect platform is another benefit for our lenders and increases the ease of doing business with Essent," said Bill Kaiser, Essent's chief operations officer.
"Our customers will benefit from Mortgage Builder's easy and intuitive work flow, whether they are ordering MI, verifying MI loan eligibility, or pricing a loan."
