They are housing professionals who have become leaders at a very young age. Their accomplishments continue to drive the housing industry forward and move markets. The age cap for Rising Stars is 40, so these influencers are not only the leaders of today, but they are also the future leaders of tomorrow.

They help run major corporations and are the entrepreneurs building tomorrow’s great businesses. They work in any and every area of the housing economy: lenders, servicers, investors and real estate. They come from diverse backgrounds but share one common trait: an outsized impact on the industry and their businesses.

And the best part? Nominations are now open for our 2020 Rising Stars. But they won’t stay open long – nominations close on February 21, 2020.

The winners will be published online as well as in the June issue of HousingWire Magazine. So show the success of someone on your team, be it your boss, employee, co-worker or even yourself (self-nominations are accepted).

First, there are a couple of requirements in order to become a Rising Star (without giving away too much of the secret sauce): we are looking for professional success as well as community service and participation in trade groups. Those chosen must be no older than 40 on June 1st and must work full time within the U.S. housing economy: lending, servicing, investments or real estate.
