Cherry Creek reverse mortgage division 1st Reverse Mortgage USA today introduced two industry veterans toward the company’s strategic growth initiative, including development of its new Home Builder Program.
Jennifer Kimball and Patricia Kauker will join 1st Reverse Mortgage USA in overseeing the company’s reverse mortgage specialists and expanding the company’s new and existing programs, including Kimball’s overseeing growth an development of the Corporate Accounts Division and Home Builder Program.
“Our Home Builder Program incorporates home mortgage lending combined with professional marketing assistance to home builders so they can engage in effective marketing efforts to attract new home owners,” said Dan Harder, Vice President, 1st Reverse Mortgage USA. “Jennifer will work hand in hand with home builders and homebuyers to help them effectively understand the lending opportunities and to market their communities.”
Kimball brings more than 20 years of experience in driving growth in the home builders market and most recently worked for Lennar Colorado in a sales and marketing capacity.
Kauker, who brings 27 years of mortgage banking experience, will be tasked with expanding the company’s training and education platform to serve both reverse and forward mortgage originators. Most recently she worked for MetLife Home Loans where the worked to establish relationships with depository institutions and on broker and correspondent programs.
“We have made it a priority to strategically add talented individuals to our organization; Patricia and Jennifer are an integral part of that strategy,” Harder said.
