Wendy Forsythe is chief operating officer at eXp Realty, where she leads marketing initiatives that support more than 83,000 agents across 29 countries. Her responsibilities span brand strategy, communications, product launches, agent engagement and culture-building efforts designed to support one of the largest cloud-based real estate brokerages in the world.
Over the past year, Forsythe led the marketing launches of eXp Sports & Entertainment and eXp New Homes, expanding opportunities for agents serving luxury, entertainment and new construction markets. She also authored her first book, Leverage Your X-Factor, directing all proceeds to eXp Extend a Hand, the company’s nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to agents and staff facing hardship.
A key focus of Forsythe’s leadership has been strengthening connection and engagement across eXp’s global agent community. She leads ONE eXp, an initiative designed to support career development, cultural awareness and collaboration throughout the organization. Her work helps ensure consistent communication and brand alignment across product launches, international expansion efforts, technology adoption and agent support programs.
Beyond her role at eXp Realty, Forsythe is a frequent speaker on leadership, marketing, artificial intelligence and organizational culture. She hosts the X-Factor Marketing podcast and serves as executive sponsor of the eXp Women’s Impact Network. She also serves on the board of eXp Extend a Hand and represents the company on the Corporate Board of Governors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
