Tawn Kelley is president of Taylor Morrison Home Funding and leads the company’s broader financial services platform, which includes mortgage, title, escrow and insurance operations. A member of Taylor Morrison’s executive leadership team, she oversees strategy, operations and long-term growth initiatives that support homebuyers throughout the homeownership journey.
With nearly four decades of experience in housing finance, Kelley has built a career focused on expanding access to homeownership, improving customer experiences and aligning financial services with homebuilding operations. Under her leadership, Taylor Morrison Home Funding has consistently maintained one of the industry’s highest mortgage capture rates, reflecting strong collaboration between lending and homebuilding teams.
Over the past year, Kelley has continued to advance initiatives focused on innovation, operational efficiency and customer service. She has championed the use of technology, automation and artificial intelligence to improve workflows while maintaining a high-touch customer experience. At the same time, she has emphasized employee engagement, leadership development and workplace flexibility, helping create a culture recognized through multiple workplace and culture awards.
Kelley is also an active industry advocate, serving on the Mortgage Bankers Association Board of Directors and participating in several advisory councils and industry committees focused on affordability, homeownership and housing finance. In addition, she serves as chairman of the Board of Champion Homes, one of North America’s largest manufacturers of manufactured and modular homes.
