Tara Brown is chief executive officer of Peerage Realty Partners and president of Peerage Group Sotheby’s International Realty. She leads a portfolio of affiliated brokerage companies and real estate service businesses across the United States and Canada that generated more than $25 billion in annual sales volume in 2025 and support more than 6,100 agents and employees across 206 offices.
Since being appointed chief executive officer in 2025, Brown has led a period of transformation focused on integration, modernization and long-term growth. She spearheaded the development and implementation of Peerage Realty Partners’ three-year strategic framework, aligning executive leadership, shareholders and regional brokerage leaders around a shared vision for advisor support, operational scalability and enterprise growth. Under her leadership, the company unified its U.S. brokerage operations across major industry rankings and strengthened its position among the nation’s top brokerage organizations.
Brown has also overseen the expansion of Peerage Realty Partners into a more integrated residential real estate services platform, with continued investment in brokerage, mortgage, title, transaction services and new development capabilities. At the same time, she led initiatives focused on recruiting, operational efficiency, communications and technology modernization, helping create a more connected and scalable organization.
