Tanya Diaz, president of Operations at Realty of America, oversees operational strategy, compliance, onboarding and agent development across a rapidly expanding national brokerage. Since joining the organization’s leadership team, she has helped support the company’s growth to more than 3,200 agents across 23 markets while maintaining a focus on operational consistency and agent support.
Over the past year, Diaz expanded her leadership responsibilities from overseeing a single market as Illinois Managing Broker to supporting operations across the company’s growing national footprint. She has worked closely with leadership teams to develop systems and processes that support rapid expansion while helping maintain compliance standards, agent engagement and service quality across multiple markets.
A key focus of Diaz’s work has been balancing growth with culture. She has led onboarding, training and operational initiatives designed to help agents integrate successfully into the organization while ensuring local markets remain aligned with company standards and expectations. Her collaborative leadership style has helped strengthen communication and coordination across departments during a period of significant expansion.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Diaz supports mentorship and professional development initiatives throughout the company. She is involved with Women of ROA, a program designed to create networking, mentorship and leadership opportunities for women across the organization. She has also participated in community outreach efforts, including programs that provide resources and support to local families.
