Tammy Fahmi, senior vice president of Global Servicing and Strategy at Sotheby’s International Realty, leads the team responsible for supporting the brand’s global network of affiliated companies. Over nearly two decades with the organization, she has played a central role in the brand’s expansion from a presence in four countries to a network spanning 86 countries and territories, 46 U.S. states and more than 25,900 sales associates worldwide.
Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Fahmi works closely with affiliated companies to support growth, operational performance and brand engagement. Her leadership focuses on providing brokerage leaders and agents with the tools, resources and learning opportunities needed to strengthen business performance and deliver a consistent client experience across markets.
Over the past year, Fahmi has continued to help guide the growth of one of the industry’s largest luxury real estate networks. Sotheby’s International Realty generated $182.4 billion in global sales volume in 2025, representing one of the strongest years in the brand’s history. Her work has centered on three strategic priorities: growth and profitability; recruiting and retention; and brand engagement. Through these efforts, she helped strengthen support for affiliated companies while positioning the network to respond to evolving market conditions and consumer expectations.
